This is what I haven't been able to find out, i.e. how the tables combine 
with each other to give the final result. Is this why the VE vs. MAP vs. RPM 
table stops at 3200 RPM? Does the main VE table value max out at 3200 RPM and 
then the WOT VE vs. RPM continue past 3200?
