You might consider an ECM and bin from a Pontiac LeMans.  The ECM is a
varient/subset of the 1227165.  The common LeMans engine is a 1.6L 4cyl
TBI.  I don't remember if it is DIS or if it has a distributor.

There is also an Australian 1.6L TBI application.
