So, I take it then that there *is* a 4 cylinder DIS module!

How available are these modules? I know of no local 4 cyl GM vehicles 
that use a DIS - all use the (541) HEI module with the above four wire 
interface to the ECM (G, B, R, E), a two wire interface to the coil and
distributor (+, C), and two wires to a reluctor pickup.

Hmm, more investigation required,
