new ALDL project

Juha Niinikoski has built an ALDL/scan tool out of a PIC with a Vacuum
Fluorescent display for 747 ECMs.  With a correct ALDL definition it
would work with any 160 baud ECM.  Find pictures, schematics, and PIC
