350 Chevy Turbo 350 in a CJ5 @3200 lbs, dog in low gear, low range, but second was like low all over again. Replaced it
with a NA 396, then 2300 lbs, then 427, then powerglide w/ xfer case, then 482. 4.3@85 mph in 300 feet of soft sand.
Carried an extra 100 lb lead weight in the front bumper to keep it down. Funnnnn  TomS
