Digression alert:

Ever see the pump-shot values in that bin? They are seven times the duration
of a 5.7l bin! (ARHT) To get a decent throttle response on my 327 TBI, I split
the difference between the 5.7l bin and the ANTZ bin. I had originally added
20% to the 5.7l bin, and it had no effect. I then added another 20%, no
effect. Finally did the above change. Worked!
