If you have the output swinging like it should, a heated O2 won't help a lot... heated O2's are needed when the sensor has to be farther from the exhaust ports and is used to pre-heat and maintain temp to keep it working. Make sure you don't have any leaks on the headers, as a leak can suck in air and make the sensor read lean with a low-o2. Also make sure the headers have a good ground... If the ground isn't good the resistance will drop the voltage and make the low-o2 code as well.
