Re: what is an "emulator"?



Where can I get an emulator like this? How far up the cost curve are we
talking?

The emulator won't care what you use it on.  The same emulator will work
in your '7727 $8D ECM and a cell phone.

The cheapest emulators won't let you make real time changes.  You'll
have to shut the engine off to make any changes.  You'll have to get
something fairly far up the feature&cost curve to make changes as you
drive down the road.
