YOU HAVE TO BLALANCE THINGS
and NOTE TRENDS
NEVER just work at one end of things.
You can add enough timing (or retard) to kill enough torque in spots but
that's how you detonate / damage parts.
Remember, give the engine what it wants.
If you addding timing and still had a high BL that means lean reguarless, of
the other.
