-- TWikiGuest - 28 Apr 2007 Prior to the advent of megasquirt I was a regular here on GM DIY, but I was frustrated with the need to burn eproms and when megasquirt came out I jumped. I have recently finished testing an adapter board that allow megasquirt to plug directly into the GM '746 and '747 harness with NO modifications at all. Unplug the GM ECM and plug the adapter board into the GM harness and plug the MS 3.00 main board and MS2 processor into the adapter board - configure the MS2 processor to run TBI and turn the key. You can then tune using a laptop just like any other megasquirt installation. I expect to have the adapter boards available mid- May/'07. The board also has the capability to run a 4l60E transmission. This software for this advance feature is still being worked on but the board its self has been tested.
