Some fousrs use 2 coils some use 4 (quad 4 using four)

| I've looked at maybe once or twice.  I thought about 4 cyl cars I've
| seen that are DIS and I believe they are 2 coil, not 4 coil as I had
| originally thought.  I know the Cadillac Northstar 4.6 engine has a 8
| cyl DIS system, I wonder how that one works.
