Nope, at least not without work.

The signals on the two connectors of the 165 are spread out over the
three of the 730.  The pin assignment appears to based on what
simplifies the PCB layout.  Check the 730 <-> 727 pinout xref I added to
my web pages recently (it's linked to MoreInfo in the p4xref page.)

It is possible to pull the pins out of the connector shells and move the
wires around.
