I'd say search the archives of DIY-EFI... Some time ago, maybe a year?
someone on that list had posted a name of a very expensive specialty
chemical that would de-pot sealed devices, even with epoxy...
Only detail about this that I remember is that it was
EXPENSIVE... -something like $40+ for a tiny bottle comes to mind.
