i Tom,
my guess would be to locate a 87-90 Turbo sunbird at a boneyard,
and strip it for the ECM & engine harness.  Any sensors too.
The chip uses the same data locations as the GMC syclone/typhoon
turbo chip, and there is software available for altering them.
You should get a monitoring device like diacom or OTC to
see what's going on in terms of fuel mixture too.
