Broadcast Code is a way to track various proms released by GM. 
Boadcast codes (like AXSH 2423) can be used to find the vehicle,
emissions type, engine size that a calibration was installed in.  It's
more commonly used to see if the latest release prom is installed in
the car.

Water resistant.  In the Vette, it's under the hood.

Ooohh.  You might have caused a problem.  Bruce is gonna have a hard

How about just the pinouts?  They look like these:
