Re: pcm controlled nitrous



I'd think a Kluge would be the way to go.
Use the injector pulse as a "refernce",  Then the VSS for a time delay, and
TPS to execute.  Meaning,  from a roll over 10 MPH (give or take) you can
add the Nos lots faster since the tires are hooked up.  Use the reference
pulse with a 555 for a time add for triggering the solenoid, and then the
TPS for the actual turn on.
   I'd be sure to run two Nos solenoids.  Heard rumors, that pulsing them
can cause a short life, with 2 use one for just on and off then the other
for pulsing.
   You'd have to play some with a solenoid for pulse widths, and be careful
with the Power MOSFET. But I don't see where you could wrap more then $30 in
it.
   Get a copy of all the Forest Mimms stuff you can, he shows how to do
little EE things
