That could be www.obdii.com  the schedules do vary between
manufacturers.  Chiltons and Motors manuals 96+ have
good(near equivalent to factory) description of conditions
needed to set code.  For regualatory description check EPA
or ARB web sites.  SAE J1850 is comunication protocol.  SAE
J1979 Mode 05 contains 02 sensor monitoring test results.
