depending on the motor, you can exceed the amount of fuel possible on the VE
table.  You at some point got to PE, you can move that trip point to cover
the top of the table.  Sometimes taking timing out of the RPM vs K/Pa at
over say 70 K/Pa can help cover that "hole" waiting for the PE to kick in.
