Couldn't the 0 O2 reading be decel fuel enleanment or cutoff?  Does the
backfire happen while your are stomping down on the gas or when you lift
off?  The 292 O2 at 3.31 TPS looks like it's going lean which I guess
calls for more AE (my experience is all MAF and 7148), especially if the
backfire happens before you lift, but the 0 comes as the TPS is closing
again.
