Peter, Go to - http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Shop/9938/ecm_pix/ecm_pix.html The ECMGUY has a picture of a US PCM, it is VERY similar to the '424', not exactly the same, but the CPU and other major IC's are the same, the layout is also very similar.
