I've seen a 16196401, and somewhere I have a list of the chips on it's
circuit board.  It is somewhat similar to the 1228253 SFI ECM.  The
16196401 is a P4 - one of the last.

Quad drivers aren't used to drive injectors.  Injectors get their own
transistors.  Look at the schematics on my web pages.
