Re: VE table 1 & 2 relationship, and BLMs past 3600rpm.



VE1 and VE2 are added in the algo and the result is checked to make sure it
id 255 decimal or less. 

Ve1 is the 3D RPM Vs. MAP and VE2 acts sort of like a bias that is applied
by RPM only. Not a terrific system but keep in mind this was developed in
1986, near 15 years ago. 

Current PCM's have much mor refined fuel and spark tables. 

The BLM extend up to a cut of point arround 3600 RPM, they may display but
no effect.

Keep in mind that the BLM is Multilpied times the predicted Pulse width to
achieve fuel Correction. 

Example:

BLM = 140, then 140/128 = 109% then Final BPW * 1.09
