One connector, two pins (D15, D16 = INJ), one driver. (any more takers?)

Interestingly, INJGND (D10) - being the ground end of the FET driver from 
D15/D16 (D15/D16 is the "hot end"), comes out on just one pin, and would be 
earthed with a heavy duty wire - why not two wires if they have D15/D16?.

As for single/double fire, sync/async fuel, etc. (ie. to answer the original 
question) ??

Has anyone used a '165 with Peak and Hold injectors using the INJSENSE 
input (D9)?
