added baro sensor to 730

In following up on the VE stability I posted of last week, I've shown
that the baro error can easily make several percent VE error when the
code is left stock and a supercharger is added.

To address this, I elected to add a second MAP sensor and patch the
code. Power and ground are attached identical to the original sensor,
and the signal is attached to GF14 (a/d channel 0).
