Run your electronic speedo from the PCM. If this is a chip application for 
the LT1, the speedo sensor at the trans needs to be the correct gears for the 
tire and rear end ratio. The MAF system, PCM type gets calibrated at the PCM.
The p/n switch is grounded in park and neutral.
The brake switch wire interrupts the positive side of the circuit on the chip 
type (700R4). The brake switch wire on the PCM system "tells" the PCM to 
disengage the TCC. The solenoid gets its feed from a common power input to 
the 4L60-E. In both systems, the computer has total control of the ground 
side.
