Commercial posting policy

This came up on the EFI332 list.  The current policy
on commercial posts (ie something is for sale) is as follows:

If you come across something interesting, feel free to post
a link to the information, but keep the message short, ie.
no press releases verbatim.

If it is something you yourself are _profiting_ from, then
send the info to me and if it's relevant, I'll post it.
(Somehow, I doubt that I'll get anything irrelevant anyway.)
This is so you don't get accused of spamming the list as
can happen if you post such information yourself.

The intent of this policy is to save bandwidth and keep
the server running smoothly.
