Re: How to identify eprom



Grumpy,

Thanks for the info.  I have a few more questions please based upon your
previous response.  You mentioned an adapter to connect the memcal in the
chip burner.  I am not sure that I have all the lingo down yet.  Is the
memcal the entire chip housing.  I see that the one I am looking at has 4
chips on it.  I assume that I am only reprogramming the larger brown chip
with the sticker covering the window?  Does that chip need to be removed
from the main housing?  What would you recommend for a chip burner?  A chip
eraser?  Do I make the adapter you mentioned?  Thanks again.
